If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a no questions asked refund policy. Simply return it to the outlet from where it was dispatched within 14 days and we will issue a full refund*. Please ensure that the goods are in their original condition and that the original packing slip is returned.
* Please note that due to the outsourcing of delivery, we cannot refund the cost of freight on return unless products were damaged during transport. In the unlikely event that the goods do arrive damaged from transit, we will send you a freight free, no charge replacement. Evidence must be provided.
